How Do I "EMBED" Not "ATTACH" An Image/photo Into The BODY Of A Yahoo E-mail?

Many e-mails I receive have images/photos in the body of the e-mail (not attached) to which I would like to do the same. I am using Yahoo e-mail. I have used a software a couple of years ago which allowed me to do this - but cannot remember it as well as it only allowed certain templates in how photos would be ordered/displayed.

You have to attach them, but the recipient will still be able to see
the files embedded in the e-mail they receive. However, if what you
want to do is send them an e-mail, where you can add some text in
between pictures, say a title or description, that's not gonna work
from the Yahoo website, because Yahoo will display all pictures at
the bottom of your message. To be able to add text and pictures in
whatever position you want them to be, you need an e-mail application,
such as Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook for Windows, Mail or
    Microsoft Entourage for Apple.
