How Can My Friend Divorce His Parents? He's 17 And Lives In Pa.
I have a friend that is being threaten by his parents and is practically hold hostage at his house his father ran him with a knife and says he will kill him. He is so scared. He wants to divorce his parents what is the steps towards that. And how much does it cost does he need a lawyer?

He can go to police directly and tell the complete story. With in no time he will be provided the security and shelter from the government side. No need for the lawyer the Govt itself provides lawyer. There are many organizations for the rights of the children he may call any one of them.
