You have to visit the TMobile website to purchase the V3 Razor. You don't need to go to Yahoo.com or download any thing. You are already using a web browser as it is impossible to use internet without web browser. Visit the following link for V3 Razor Mobile. V3 Razor

I have the same phone with Tmobile. It all depends upon your account. If you have an internet service agreement then it is provided. Just keep in mind that internet applications for cell phones are not the same as they are for computers. Unless you upgrade to an Iphone or other smart phone, they provide true internet access.
