Who Are The Influences On Stephen King?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

He first and foremost always thanks his wife for the support she gives him. The ideas that he gets for his stories sometimes come from personal experiences. Like when he stayed at the Stanley Hotel and wrote "The Shining". You never really know what he is going to come across. Like he did with "Kingdom Hospital" He took that personal experience and made the movie. Because he was hit by that guy in the van and the guy said that the dog was in his lap. Quite the genius if you ask me.
