Patti McGuire married tennis legend Jimmy Connors in 1980. The couple has two children. Patti McGuire was born in Dexter, Missouri, on 5th September, 1951, and is an American model and television producer. She was the Playmate of the Month, in November 1976 issue, and was also Playmate of the Year in 1977. Pompeo Posar was the photographer for her original pictorial. The appearance of her photos in the same issue as Jimmy Carter's infamous Playboy interview made them all the more noteworthy.

At the time of her pictorial, Patti was studying for a political science major at the Southern Illinois University, whilst working at St Louis' Playboy Club, as a Bunny. In April 2006, there was an announcement that there would be ten new pictures of Patti McGuire on the Cyber Club.
