Do I Need Visa To Dubai?

Dubai is part of the United Arab Emirates. It is one of the most developed and largely populated cities of UAE.  This city has recently developed as one of the most attractive tourists spots around the world. It is the center for entertainment and tourism. People from all around the world dream of going to Dubai for their vacations.

Dubai is a tourist and investor friendly place. It welcomes anyone who wished to come here for any productive purpose. You would need a separate visa to go to Dubai city. However, there are a number of countries whose citizens do not require a visa to visit Dubai. These countries include, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland,  France, Germany, UK, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Portugal,  Qatar, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA and Vatican City.

The foremost requirement for visa is that your passport must be valid for at least 2 months.  There must be a sponsor for your visa which can be a travel agency, a friend, relative, a company etc. That person or company must earn Dhs 4000 per month and must have a residence visa.  You will need to fill out your visa application form. This form will be submitted to the sponsor who will apply for the visa along with a fee of Dhs 650. The visa will take at least 7 days.
