Have Any Of You Experimanted With Reflective Mylar?
And I mean artistic photography experiments To Chris: One thing I have tried is line the inside of a cylinder with it. I take pictures of flowers and stuff through this cylinder. The pictures turn out all swirly around the subject, which is the center focus. It is a neat technique. May take time to get the hang of though. I wonder what else I could try with it......please share ideas!! Jenn

I have used it in the past - and other reflective surfaces, but personally I just prefer using a matt look material, like thick black cotton. On my jewellery photography you can see an example of me using the black cotton.. I can't see a reflective surface would work well for this type of photography. What sort of things have you been photographing?

Using Reflective Mylar to line your indoor plant growing is a great way to increase your plants performance.It is the best reflective product with almost 98% reflectivity.

The colors of the flower come all swirly with the flower infocus in the very center of it all. It's pretty neat once you get the hang of it. I wonder what other kinds of things I could try.............please share ideas!!
