Casting directors are basically a link between the director and the producers of a movie or even a television project. They are even considered an important element to the actor's agent. They are also the right hand in providing to the directors the best of talents to their directors as well as producers.

Their job is considered to be one of the busiest jobs. They have to literally go through thousands of portfolio every day and then keep taking interviews. It is also very difficult process since they have to choose the best in every aspect, by which I mean acting, personality looks, etc. Isn't it a very difficult job to say which girl is beautiful or which man is handsome when so many together stand right in front of you?
