How Do I Make Up Cheers, Do Spits, Toe Touches, And Lose Weight? Because I'm On The Cheerleading Squad.

I want to do all that stuff because I want to be a perfect cheerleader like our captain, she can do all that stuff and she's skinny and I'm fat and can't do it but the cheers and yell because I have a really loud voice like my mom were black.

    First of all, you need to maintain yourself slowly, eat fresh and healthy food without fats and sugar, then slowly you should move on, don't start doing 50 of or 20 of each a day, start with 5 etc means to say slow and steady you can maintain yourself easily and pace yourself to the exercise.
