I'm with a lad that is 19years old and I'm 18 years old. He always tells me that he loves me, but i don't know if i feel the same way as he does? I feel something for him but not sure if it's love or not! Not sure what to do... Could you help me???

Maybe you should take it down a notch. Maybe its just an attraction.

I agree with Jumbo101. Take a step or a couple steps backwards. I have a similar problem and decided to just be close friends with the guy! That way you guise are still close and have a relationship that can't be as hard to deal with!
