The lesson? Don't buy cheap hair dye. Get the good stuffs, or if you're truly impaired, go to a salon and have them fix it for you (I recommend the latter).

Give your hair a rest and stop coloring it for awhile for now. Make certian during this period that you totally take care of it, and even it it requires a good, clean flattering cut to allow the new growth to come in strong & healthy. Give your real color a shot before going back to coloring.
