To answer your question... I would tell you that you are fading color ...(doesn't matter if it is hair cream OR
liquid hair color) There will be those who will tell you differently, however.... It is YOUR SHAMPOO that is
the culprit! It is stripping your color. There are remedies for this condition... Yes! Most shampoo (I've been
a hairdresser for 30 years now) most shampoos are just too chemically strong for colored treated hair.
Take your shampoo ....if your hair is of medium length and you are a NON-Oily person... Like a blond or
gray OR white hair, one ounce and cut it with 2 ounces of warm water in a separate bottle. Dampen your hair first with only warm water (hot water strips your color too) and work the shampoo mix into the ROOT area
only of your hair. You can use an old tint bottle to put your 1 ounce of shampoo and 2 ounces of warm water
in to help you reach the root areas. SHAMPOO ONLY once and rinse with ONLY warm water. Your hair
QUALITY will be better AND your color will last longer as well. Shampoo only 2 to 3 times a week if you are not very oily or hair doesn't have much product on it.
