What Is My Baby Affected By While In My Womb?

Alcohol, cigarettes, sugar, its important you eat a healthy diet with plenty of red meat for iron and fresh fruit and vegetables for vitamins, everything else a healthy balance. Baby is also affected by stress, basically if you are looking after yourself you are looking after your baby. Good luck :-)

Also, I learned yesterday that your blood type can affect how well your baby does in the womb. Like, I have to get a shot every time I get pregnant to prevent my body from fighting against my baby, because I'm type O- and type negative mother's immune systems will start to attack the baby early on, so you should really get that checked or ask your doctor about it. Unfortunately everything they have done many studies on music moms voice and even dads i think
and of course smoking alcohol drugs
make sure you get plenty of good foods water exercise listen to all kinds of music not just the classical that they tell you to  read and talk to them every day
and if you don't already
pray/meditate which ever word you prefer
just do the best you can! Your baby will be perfect!
Oh and remember to relax and remember when to tell people to shut up you will get plenty of advice from family friends strangers in the store .....strangers on the internet lol
