What Is The Relationship Of Indochina And Islam?

Not a whole hell of a lot, if anything the countries which make up what was once called "Indochina" (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, etc.) were influenced by Hindu culture one upon a time (a long time ago at that). While there were and are Muslims in those countries, they are a rather small minority and dont have much influence on the populations in general. The only notable happenings regarding Muslims in that area would probably be in Burma (Myanmar) after World War II. There was a large uprising against the Muslim minority and ~100,000 Muslims were killed in 1948 due to their collusion with the British and their colonial agenda.
