Why Does Processor Heat Up?

There is moving graft on my PC and is beeping constantly and the moving graft keeps popping up on the screen.This did this once before a yr ago and somebody fixed it for a while.It has an Asus motherboard in it.Can you give me some suggestions on what I maybe able to do before I take the

    It is heating up because the fan of the processor is not working or may be it's not working properly. Change the fan. The second reason can be that some IC of the processor is heating up.

      Possibly add some more thermal paste underneath your fan's heat sink as well as cleaning it out.
