I Am Confused On The Diets Do's And Don'ts, Can Anyone Help Me?

Hello I am working out at the gym 5 times a week, and going to the beach on the weekend when the gym is closed. I am very active, but I don't burn more calories then I consume. I burn about 2/3rds of it. I am losing the weight. But I have half telling me to eat less carbs and I have others telling me to eat more carbs. What gives?????

Exercise doesn't mean that you will gain weight. You need some food or dietary supplement with the exercise. It will make up your deficiency and you can do exercise in a better way. It will increase your weight and also your muscles will improve.

    Also take the following diet.
    Bananas before exercise
Juice of pomegranate or orange after exercise
Egg and Milk in the breakfast
    Fries before lunch
    Meet in the lunch
    Milk shake in the evening
    Fish or some fresh vegetables
