How Can You Lose Weight Without Any Extra Expenses?

    There is a expense to any weight loss program it may not be actual cash but your time.at least 15-30 minutes a day to get your heart pumping/increase your heart rate. You can either do exercise in your home or take a walk around your neighborhood.so when you work up a sweat your going to need probably either extra water from the tap or bottled  so there is a small cost.then if you get all sweaty in your work out clothes?(if you change clothes) then you will have to wash extra clothing(another small cost) if you don't have some walking shoes or tennis shoes/sneakers to walk in in then you may have to buy some shoes. It mostly depends on what you intend to do to lose the weight. The slight cost to get in shape will be out weighed by you getting healthier. The other way to lose weight is to eat smaller meals this could actually put money in your pocket. I stopped eating the large meals at the fast food places and now i get the medium which is a dollar less for each time i eat out. At one meal a day over a year i get back 365 dollars on average. This is enough for some new clothes when you lose the weight.(just a thought).
