Loosing Weight, What Are The Best Exercises?
I'm 14, yeah your all gonna say you don't need to loose weight blablabla but tbh i don't care. I'm not fat but I want to lose some fat to be more confident in myself. How can i loose fat around my belly, legs and bum?

Hi helen, well you can do running with your exercises, start off with small runs, then work your way up to running farther. That helps a lot too. Good Luck.

You can do sit-ups or abdominal exercises, and walking will help tighten up your leg muscles and strengthen your leg muscles in the process. Hope this helps. Good-Luck

If you want to loose your weight right away, begin with steam bath session, (30 minuites) maybe 3x a week. After that you have to use transport machine,1 hour/day. And also avoid taking your dinner above 6pm.
