Would The Roof Rack On My Land Rover 90 Fit A Classic Range Rover?

I'm not 100 per cent certain on this, but I would say the answer is yes.

I've thought about doing this recently too after my 90 failed its MoT and I acquired a classic Range Rover. According to my measuring tape it should be possible to switch the roof rack from the 90 onto the Range Rover as both have gutter rails.

However, like many things, I've not actually got round to taking it off and putting it on the Range Rover yet to find out for sure. The reason I'm thinking of swapping the roof rack is because the factory fitted roof rack on the Range Rover was very badly corroded and removed by the previous owner.

The galvanised one on the 90 should do the trick, though it will be a non-standard fitment and may look a bit odd due to the slope at the front of the 90. On the Range Rover it will have a sporty raked appearance, being lower at the front and higher at the back.
