They will usually say something if you have a problem with the site, like if your shout box is missing from your page, they will tell you that you should use the "contact us" at the bottom of the page to report your problem, and they will see to it as soon as they can. Or please use the report section next to a question or blurters name and please give a description of your problem. Stuff like that. Hope this helps.
