    There is no suitable Bluetooth file required for the installation of the Bluetooth device on your computer. You will get a driver CD along with the device that you purchased and you need a USB port or a Firewire port at the back of your CPU (Central Processing Unit). After you have plugged in your device, install the software that is on the CD and after the installation process is over, the device will start working.

    In case there is a file missing in your computer that is required to make the device work, you need to install the driver again and the device will start working. There also might be something wrong with the device. You might want to check that out as well.

    In case you have lost the driver CD, you can go to the Bluetooth Company's web site and request for a CD or the driver file itself. The company will surely hear your request.
