Australia entered the WW1 in the year 1914 as a British Allie. The Australian troops fought mainly in Middle east until the year 1916. The losses suffered by Australian troops were higher than any other force. These losses resulted suffering of families. The women of these families had to get out of their homes to find work just for money. This changed the whole infrastructure of the society. Women became more open and participated more in activities outside the house. The family values declined after this war.
