How Do I Make Cheese From Cows Milk?

I have been given some milk straight from the cow and need to use it quick.

    Following is the recipe for cheese making. You can modify the quantities according to your own situation:
    Five gallons fresh milk
    1 cup or 250 ml live cultured yogurt or 3 tablespoon active cultured buttermilk.
    1 Tablet Rennet by Redco Foods Inc

    Sterilize a pot and warm milk to 20 degree celsius in this pot. Skim off the cream. Add the starter that is the yogurt until smooth (blend if possible) Cover with lid and let this milk in room temperature. Next morning skim off the cream from the milk and then slowly warm the milk to 30 degree C. Dissolve the rennet tablet in half cup cold water then add it to the warmed milk. This will form curds. Cut them and then Cook them for a while. For detailed instructions see the link below:

    What some work just to make cheese. It's harder then roasting a turkey.
