How Long Before A Car Can Be Repossessed?
I had a car repossessed after only being on month late. Do I have any rights in this situation. I was never called or notified of the repo until after it happened. I would have been 2 months behind in 10 more days.

That's bull in Tn I have a medical condition I am off work due to a Workman's comp injury and Gmac is trying to repo mine now

You usually have to be behind on payments 3 months or longer, but if you have a medical condition they can't touch it if you can prove it.
