    To write a report professionally the first aspect you should keep in mind is that be as concise as possible. The reason behind the conciseness is that as a professional the person is reading the content only to get the required information out of it. If you create a story over there it will serve no purpose.
          
    The second thing that is also very important is that you should put a heading to every point of your content so that if a person is going thorough your report he can easily reach to the particular point about which he wants to know.
         
    Another aspect that is also very important is that you should have the good research about the content you are writing. It makes your content relate to the different aspects of the subject and you can make the reader understand your content well.
