Are you sure that it is a stung? If yes then give her anti allergy medicines. It will be good to take her to vet for anti allergy shot. If the bite site is infected then antibiotics are also required. If so visit to vet.

This could be an insect bite but more commonly cats get abscesses. They get these abscesses from cat fights or aggressive cat play. These need to be drained, the cat needs to be on antibiotics and pain medications. If it is an allergic reaction you can try giving Benadryl at a dose of 1 milligram per pound of body weight. Do NOT use the cold and sinus variety. For cats the liquid is the best option. The concentration is 12.5 milligrams per 5 milliliters.
This cat needs to be examined by a veterinarian to determine the cause of the swelling.
