My 4 Gig Creative Zen Won't Let Me Add Videos Anymore, Any Idea?
I have added a video file to my Zen before, and It worked perfectly. It converted the video (it was .avi with a resolution of 1280 x 720) and it played on my zen. I went to put another one on with the same .avi and resolution but it wont work. I even tried reconverting the first one and again its saying that It isn't in compliance with my zen! Any help plz! I've only had it for 3days!

You can try formatting it to more compact size (usually 100 kbps for
.avi). It will even reduce it file size too. Had I knew from what
format you converted it in, I could have helped you even more. But
generally reducing the "kbps" will help because your player already
supports .avi, And reducing video to compact size(100 kbps) is a useful
option. It is just that quality of video might reduce.

I converted it in .avi format. but i do try to reduce it lower but it still says this when I put it on the converter " The video file does not match the playback capability of your player. Video Converter is unable to convert because the codec required is not installed on your computer." What does that mean?
Hello my dear. Codecs are required to support a particular format. Just like there is a smart movie software for Nokia which requires Codecs for different formats(Like .avi) to run that format, the same is the case with Zen. You must install the codecs for .avi format and .avi will start running properly(And It might even not require reducing it to compact size).
