10 Day Old Kittens Have Brown Oval Scabs On Their Tummy. What Is It?
The kittens mother could not nurse them, they are being fed KMR kitten formula.

If these scabs are on each puppy on the abdomen--this could be from the umbilicus--the belly button. The attachment to the placenta falls off after a few days and there may be a scab while the skin finishes healing.
Ectoparasites (skin parasites) can cause scabs too--like ringworm, fleas, or mites.
A veterinarian will help diagnose the cause and start appropriate treatment. Kittens do not have a fully developed immune system and need help fighting disease.
