I love manicotti also! I'm a pretty good cook, but I just can''t make homemade manicotti to save my life :o(

This is a REALLY, REALLY good one! However, I have to go with Aloo Matar Gaja. It's a dish enjoyed by Indians, Pakistanis, Nepalese, etc. It means "Potatoes, Peas, Carrots." It has a think stew-like consistency and can be seasoned spicy or mild and anywhere in between. It is especially good with a nice piece of Nan (a kind of flat bread). It's completely foreign to me, yet, made right, is total comfort food!
I couldn't name just one. But food from the ocean is my favorite. I love to eat and try different foods. I like everything from spanish to polish, from caribbean to middle eastern, from thai to soul food! I would love to travel around with Andrew Zimern or Anthony Bourain (travel channel) and just eat my way through every country.

My favorite is Italian like spagetti pizza ,Soul food is mostly what I cook and I like Chinese food mexican food.But my first choice is Italian 2 Soul food I have to have it.

I love veggie lasagna......but tacos...mmmmm, I can eat a ton of them. There is an authentic mexican place right near me...the tacos...ohh man! Cilantro, guacamole, pulled pork, lime......I need to stop.

I LOVE sushi... But I am a beginner in it.... I haven't tried the octopus sushi yet and other like onigiri....
But my fave is Indian food(my mom's that is...not completely like the taste in India though)..... It's Briyani....... Muah aha ha ha ha..............

I like mainly seafoods except octopus,whale etc but do love most fish and softshell crabs yummy....some soul food because of the richness,have learned to eat to live and not live to eat, have to keep up my stamina for the job at hand....

Sounds good bgirl!!! I love seafood. But Amala....sitting there with a glass of wine and picking apart your lobster or crab is half the fun of eating them!! ;o)
