Yeah buddy Sony, PSP is very very powerful as compared to Ps2.
If you want to purchase you can just close your eyes and purchase Sony Psp.

The PS2 is the second second video game console, in the PlayStation series launched by Sony in the year 2000. It is the best selling console of all times and has superb features with 128 bit CPU, a graphic synthesizer and Dual shock 2 controller input etc. Whereas PSP is a handheld game console which uses an optical format. I believe if you have an option you should go for PSP. As it is from the seventh generation of gaming consoles and has unique features like portability, 166 MHZ graphic chip with embedded memory, movie and music playback capability etc. Thus it is better than PS2 for sure.
