Nowadays there is a lot of choice when it comes to cooking oils. Many of them are fat free and good for the heart and body. The lighter oils include olive, walnut, almond etc. While these oils are heavier on the wallet they are surely lighter on the heart. While cooking oils take care not to over heat them as this damages the nutritional fats in the oils and it becomes harmful to your body.
Keep your house clean and dry. This will keep pit all kinds of critters and more importantly allergies at bay. Use vacuum cleaners with HEPA filters. These filters will suck out all the minute dust particles. Keep windows open as often as possible as sunlight does a natural clean up job when it kills moisture seeking bacteria.
