When Texting Online To Mobile Phone, Does The Receiver Of Message Get Charged For The Text?

    Yes, both ends of the message gets charged

      Generally, yes, the receiver is charged for the message (usually less than sending, though) unless the receiver has an unlimited texting plan. For example, I'm charged five cents to send texts, two cents to receive.

      Are you sure? How about when the receiver of the web text replies? Are they charged for replying from a cell phone to a email? I have heard that rogers need an additional plan to send texts to emails. I am not so sure of other companies. Can somebody please find which companies have to pay when they reply to an email from their cell? Thanks
