Could Bpm Rate Of 55-58 And Bp Of 115/70 Cause Dizziness At Rest But OK During Exercise?

I've lost 40 lbs. Since Jan 08 and had pp of 170/95, .bpm of 90. I do lots of cardio and weights and have eaten super clean since beginning. I have just started taking a protein powder that contains Lo Han but don't think that's the cause.

Dizziness is one of the symptoms of low blood pressure. This can be due to many reasons like
    1. Dehydration due to vomiting, diarrhea, exercise, sweating, fever, heat exhaustion, less intake of fluid.
    2. Moderate or sever bleeding
    3. Pancreatitis
    4. Some heart diseases
    5. Medicines for high Blood pressure, depression, Parkinson's disease and  diuretics.
In y opinion, you have to visit a cardiologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
