87 Lincoln Town Car, 5.0 Engine. Can You Help?
Engine will cut off and then on again at odd times. Left it idle and it cut off and started it back and kept running. Going down the road it's just like you turned the key off and then on again.

Could be the electronic ignition and I know they say you can't get vapor-lock with electronic ignition, but Ford figured out a way during the 80's! Check that fuel pump? How long has it been since the fuel filter was changed?
