What Causes Hard Knots In The Neck?
I have several hard knots on my neck what could this be?

You have not given details of your problem. These knots or lumps can be swollen lymph node due to infection. These can also be some organic growths which need to be investigated. I advise you to get MRI of the brain and spine to diagnose the status of the knots.
