Am I Married? Marriage Documents Never Filed In The States.
We were married in Jamacia and I assumed that she filed our marriage documents with Missouri. Comes to find out that she didn't because she didn't want it to last. Well it came through and she moved out and now I need to now how to get her off all my books. Any suggestions where to start? Do I get a divorce since the marriage documents where never filed.

No you will not get a divorce because there is no record of the marriage documents. The best way out is to clear it from your own record and forget about it. No legal body would ever take a notice.
