Meeting is gathering in which group of people sits together and discusses some agenda, points or problems being faced by the community or organization. In meeting people/employees try to solve the problem if they are facing any. Where as in interview there are two parties; employer and candidate. Employer ask different questions related to specific job opening etc from the candidate and judge either he is suitable for a particular job or not.
