What Is The Legal Right For Undivided Land Share Holder? And Whether The Developer Have Exclusive Right On The Strength Of The Balance UDS Less Than 50% To Develop Further Over The Existing Development For Which Others Have Rights Jointly?
Ground plus 3 floor flats has been constructed by a builder and undivided land share has been transferred to the perspective flat buyers and clatestinely retaining some portion of UDS. Later he tried to construct some portion over the existing structure by claiming the right on the strength of balance UDS about 15%of land. Is it right ?
