    How Do I Teach Her Not To Use The Furniture As A Scratch Pad?

    My kitten is just learning how to play and seems she just figured out what a scratch pad is for (kinda),but she sleeps on it instead of using it for her claws and she uses the furniture for the scratch pad.

    You can buy a scratching post and put it in your home and then if she starts to scratch the couch say NO and put her by the scratching post.

      To stop any unwanted behavior you can also spray water on the kitten.
