I have a 4 year old German rottweiler and he is pooping blood and throwing up blood and I was wondering what it could be?

You need to get the pup to the vet. I wonder if he might have cancer, or if someone might have fed him something that is causing this. Good luck.

Passing blood and throwing up blood is never a good sign you need your dog to receive veterinary care now he is only 4 years old hes not old there could be lots of different reasons for this but whatever it is needs treating now please

take to the vet now...i hope you had your dog vaccinated for parvo. anytime there is blood, it can be deadly....
