My car as lost power all of a sudden 30 mile hour max up hills with pedal flat to floor and 50 max other times ive change spark plugs and leads but still same

My car has no converter on it. I changed the plugs and wires and it still has no power... It runs good on flat roads but on hills it is only goin 20 or 30 mph.
