Why Are My Speakers Squeaky?
My speakers have a really high pitch almost squeaky tone to them. If i plug headphones into the computer I still get this problem. I have checked both the volume and pitch settings and it's now getting really annoying. Anyone got any ideas?

to 'Start' and then go to control panel. Select the 'Sounds, Speech and Audio
devices' after that select the 'Audio' tab. Pull down the list below 'Sound
Playback' and ensure that your sound card is selected as the default. Now, Select
the 'Advanced' button in the 'Sound playback' tab and chose the right speakers
for your setup.
