I was his first victim he put a gun to someone when he was deployed too.. The army ony knows abot him doing it when deployed though. Like put a gun to my head and talked about ways to kill me.. I am finally able to come out and ask for help because i am still so scared right now..

Report this. Even if the police can take no action, they will have on record that you reported the threat. This goes a long ways to rehabilitating him if he has violent tendencies. Don't make it personal, just make sure to distance yourself from him in every possible way without being offensive. If need be, report the offense to his commanding officer as well. If the incident wasn't recent, just report it to the police.
