          Then you must fix a day and date on which it will be held, find other artists who have paintings to display, choose a venue for the exhibition (this can be done by contacting various art galleries in the city), frame the artworks (if it is applicable), fix the prices of your artworks, advertise the event extensively in all the local media, set up the space in the art gallery for the exhibits, cater for the food and drinks for each invitee and use your sales savvy to promote yourself.
