What Foods Make A Low Potassium Diet?

My potassium is too high and have been advised by my doctor to eat a low potassium diet. I am not sure which foods are high in potassium thus which ones to avoid.

      I read your answered on this page but in another web page, that say that a person with a high level of potassium can eat strawberries and you guys say that contains potassium, my daugther have a high level of potassium can that her strawberries or not?

        My husband's potassium level is too high & he must stay away from foods that are high in potassium for 2 weeks to bring level down to normal. What can I cook to accomplish this doctor's order? Please help. Thank you.
