I have been having Hep B and as the Liver enzymes have gone up high, I have been on a strict diet but even after a month the liver enzymes have not reduced.

Elevated liver enzymes can be due to liver diseases like hepatitis B and C, diabetes, use of alcohol and NSAIDs, obesity, gallstones, Tumors of the liver, pancreas or bile ducts, Metabolic liver disease, Autoimmune disorders of the liver and bile ducts, and increased triglycerides levels. Treatment of elevated liver enzymes depends upon underlying cause.
As you are having hepatitis B which is an viral infection causing increase in liver enzyme. Alone strict diet will not help you. It is better to use medicines which have hepato-protective and hepato-toxic effects like Silymarin.
