Should Teens That Murder Be Executed?

Answer Question

8 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

It is a complicated question .Teens are too younger to tell apart what is a kind of criminal act.Mostly, they break the law cause they are guided in a wrong direction by big bad wolf.

So,their tutors are expected to take more responsibility rather than teens themselves.

Anyway, teens who had done a crime didn't  know exactly what they had done.

They are supposed to be protected more rather than cruel penalty.

Yes, but they should know that killing some one is in fact a crime. It has nothing to do with their up bringing, it's mostly common sense. They need to take responsibility for their actions just as what any one else should have to.

"How many wrongs DO make a right??? ???  Teens should not be trialed as adults because they have not experienced the adult world long enough in order to realize what they are doing but they should however be sentenced to work for community and re-arranging their views for later as adults to see they were not good. I say better prevent, we should behave exemplary as adults and all the children will be exemplary, society should do better in prevention, teaching and giving advice. As more minors are committing violent crimes, the question of whether they should be tried as adults has arisen. Children as young as 13 or 14 are committing violent crimes such as murder, rape, and armed robbery. Some of these children are being tried as adults while others are being tried as juveniles and receiving milder punishments. A juvenile offender may receive a few years in a juvenile detention facility and possibly probation following his release at age eighteen. An adult committing the same violent crime will receive a much harsher penalty, often years in jail, possibly a life sentence, with little or no chance of parole. The only difference between the two offenders is the age at which they committed the crime. Juveniles over the age of fourteen should be tried as adults when accused of violent crimes.

YES, I guess it's like this don't do the crime if you you can't do the time. And thats how I feel I mean don't go kill someone and expect not to go to jail or get caught.

        Hope this helped

Yes depends if the kill is major. Juveniles used to be considered young, athletic students with ruddy complexion, squeaky voice and acne, but now they are often vindictive, vicious, and violent criminals. Teen agers are still growing maturely. They should be punished for a higher crimes and that they should learn from the mistakes first. Chinese people should be punished
