My benefits are exhausted were exhausted Sept 21st. I am eligible, if PA determines that I am. I believe so but of course we know it is up to them. FYI 20 weeks if your states unemployment rate is 8.5% or higher 14 regular weeks plus 6 additional. If you state is under 8.5% you just get 14.
