Siamese Cat Has Nasal Congestion--any Ideas For Medication?

Plaster dust inflamed nasal passages 9 yrs. Ago. Congestion ever since, getting worse. Tried Theophylline 100mg and Prednisolone 5 mg. Not really successful. Any ideas?

    A vet may prescribe an antibiotic such as amoxicillin,or clavomox to clear it up for you.Make sure it has all it's shots though,as upper respiratory problems in felines are transferable to other cats,and some could turn fatal.
