When Do Radon Levels Cause Cancer?

If the radon level in a home reached to four picocuries per litre or more, then certainly it can cause cancer and you have to take measures to reduce the radon level in your home.

If we talk of the substance itself that has been attributed with the name of radon you can say that it is a radioactive gas that is being released from the decay of uranium that lies in rocks and soil. The gas is an invisible one and also the odourless and tasteless. It often comes out of the ground and diffuses itself in the air.
